In January 2009, Alliance FC took an important step in club development with the formation of the Parent Advisory Board.  The function of this group of parents is to provide a parents perspective on the club and to help develop and implement new programs.  It will meet and act independently of the coaching staff and club management in order to provide unbiased perspectives and actions.

It is very important to us that this group is diverse in it's make up and we will make every effort to fill positions with qualified club members that offer varying perspectives relating to gender, race, community represented, size of soccer family, and age of children to name a few.  The point is that we want to make sure that everyone's voice can be heard.

This group will meet 1x per month January-June and August-November.  In addition to meetings, members may be assigned to a variety of projects.
