2011 Alliance Academy Super Y League Fees
Fees We have four fees required to play in the Super Y League. They are Club Registration, Coaching Fee, and Uniform Fee. If your team qualifies for the National tournament, participants will split the coaches expenses (travel and hotel).
NOTE- We will not be offering any performance based scholarships. Refunds Please note that for a number of reasons, we have a no refund policy. In certain circumstances, we are able to offer a credit to be used for future programs. Here are the steps that everyone needs to take in the next four days to be sure that will ensure proper registrationwith the league. We are processing uniform orders that we have received to date. Information for others can be found below. Finally, team camp information is listed below. REGISTRATION - All Registration materials are needed now and should be emailed to Elaine Cyr hlarente@chartermi.net . When sending your email, please write in the Subject of the email the following information: "Super Y - Age group/gender - Player's name - type of document*" * If sending all 3 documents at once, no need to precise. But if you're sending one email for the photo, please specify photo; if you're sending the medical release independently, please write Medical Release. Registration - New Players (those who did not register in Super Y League, with Alliance last year)- #1 Please scan and email a passport sized photo (.jpeg that isn't too big) and birth certificate (.pdf is preferred). #2 Complete a USSSA medical release form (.pdf can be found here http://supery.uslsoccer.com/Administration/Handbook/index_E.html). This must be notarized. DO NOT WAIT TO SEND THE PHOTO and BIRTH CERTIFICATE...to get your card in a timely manner, we only need your photo and BC. The Medical Release form is needed at every match your child participates in but, we will be able to process your player card without it. Send the USSSA form by email to Elaine (.pdf). Registration - Returning Players (those players who registered with Alliance Super Y in 2009). #1 Complete a USSSA medical release form (.pdf can be found here http://supery.uslsoccer.com/Administration/Handbook/index_E.html) Send the notarized USSSA form by email to Elaine(.pdf). UNIFORMS- (If you haven't ordered your uniform). All uniform orders need to be submitted to alliancefc@comcast.net by Sunday at 7pm in order to ensure delivery prior to your team's first game. We will deliver uniforms to your team coach or manager. Email the following information in order to order your uniform. Nike Uniform Size for Jerseys, Nike Uniform Size for Shorts, T-Shirt Size, and special request for sock size if any. Include a contact number. We will call you to process a credit card payment for $84. TEAM CAMP- If your team is based out of Detroit for training, you are welcome to attend this four day camp for $50. Please make a check out to Alliance and bring to your first session. Also, please notify Abrahm at alliancefc@comcast.net in order to let us know which session you are attending.
